"Fumoto-Gama of Shodai-yaki in Kumamoto.
Yasuaki Inoue, the father, is dedicated to the traditional craft of Koda-yaki, engaging in pottery making with a strong commitment to the tradition. His son, Shogo Inoue, learned at the Koishiwara Ota Tetsuzo Kiln, and upon returning to Koda, he has been working on traditional ceramics known as slipware. This involves decorating the surface of the pottery with slip, a clay mixture injected using a syringe or similar tool, a technique widely recognized in Europe and various parts of the world."
